How
does it work?
It's simple... SMGT legally employ,
then lease out Apprentices & Trainees to Host Employers.
SMGT look after all the costly and time consuming
processes relating to their employment and training. That's right,
we handle all paperwork, administration, wages, WorkCover …
the lot!
Our Employment Consultants are experienced in
dealing with Registered Training Organisations and will manage
all training requirements. We also monitor the progress of Apprentices
and Trainees, ensuring that their training and skill attainment
is
progressing at an industry standard whilst keeping you updated
on their progress.
SMGT is an excellent cash management tool - calculation
of wages and other incidental costs (superannuation, annual leave,
schooling etc.) are compiled and invoiced to you on a fortnightly
basis.

to relieve employers of the time consuming processes associated
with employing and training new staff.
