Certificate III in Information Technology

Based in Swan Hill

Position Requirements


Provide technical support to clients through repairs of printers, copiers, and IT equipment.

DUTIES INCLUDE (But not limited to)

  • IT support.
  • Providing and follow up of support within reasonable timeframes.
  • Answering enquiries.
  • Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
  • Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and other 3rd party equipment.
  • Providing excellent customer support and service.
  • Managing schedules and customer emergencies.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing printers, copiers, PC’s ATM’s and retail equipment.
  • Providing demonstrations and customer training.
  • Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required.

  • A current driver’s licence and reliable transport

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Have and maintain good presentation and a pleasant manner.
  • Have good time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable & self-motivated.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A strong interest in achieving a Certificate III level qualification in Information Computer Technology.
  • Excellent computer and keyboard skills.
