Apprenticeship
- Assist in equipment and machinery maintenance under supervision or as directed.
- Ensure machinery is safe to operate.
- Follow instructions of manager.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawing and manuals of machinery.
- Assist in maintenance and servicing of production machinery.
- Assist in troubleshooting to efficiently repair breakdowns.
- Mainly factory-based work
- Completing all work with a high attention to detail.
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean, tidy and equipment is maintained to company requirements.
- Assisting with the drafting and implementation of quality and safety programs/procedures in accordance with HACCP and OH&s guidelines
- Support and maintain the, BRC, HACCP, NATA, Organic and any other accreditations as required.
- Assist in completion of any required paperwork including production and maintenance schedules.
- Other ad hoc duties as required that are reasonably in line with the skills, capabilities and experience of the position holder.
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities in accordance with relevant policies & procedures, Standard Operating Procedures’, legislation and standards.
- Specific performance goals/targets/KPI’s are determined annually at the commencement of each calendar year in consultation with the position holder and in accordance with the Performance and Development Review Policy.

Drivers Licence – Preferred.
