Position Requirements
DUTIES INCLUDE (But not limited to)
- IT support.
- Providing and follow up of support within reasonable timeframes.
- Answering enquiries.
- Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
- Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and other 3rd party equipment.
- Providing excellent customer support and service.
- Managing schedules and customer emergencies.
- Troubleshooting and repairing printers, copiers, PC’s ATM’s and retail equipment.
- Providing demonstrations and customer training.
- Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required.

PERSONAL REQUIRMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
- Ambition and a passion to succeed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have and maintain good presentation and a pleasant manner.
- Have good time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable & self-motivated.
