Duties include but not limited to: 

• Work under the direction of a supervisor and/or the operations manager.  

• Prepare items to high standard for painting. 

• Learn and develop skills in paint matching, mixing, and applying. 

• Exceptional eye for detail and spotting blemishes and fixing accordingly.  

• Sanding, masking, preparing of panels, guards, bonnets, boots etc.  

• Complete tasks in a timely manner and follow instructions from Qualified Supervisors. 

• Commitment to formal training and trade school requirements.  

• Work tasks at a high level should be completed after a brief period of on-the-job training. 

• Communication literacy and numeracy skills will allow an employee to understand clear written and/or verbal instructions and perform basic duties as directed.
