• Carry out measurements and calculations.

• Property maintenance and preparation.  

• Work alongside and assist tradespeople where necessary. 

• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner. 

• Read and interpret plans. 

• Participate in general housekeeping. 

• Perform other duties as directed.
